PRODUCTIONS 2005-6 One of the major projects in this period was a dramatisation of the life of Henry ‘Inky' Stephens who invented BlueBlack Ink and bequeathed the entire estate of Avenue House and its grounds “to the people of Finchley” . Director Eileen Kenning who is a long time FCS member used several FCS members both as actors and behind the camera in this ambitious production. This video has been put on DVD which is about to be circulated to all of the primary schools in Barnet. It is suitable for Year 6 students and comes with teaching notes. For copies of the DVD please contact Betty Burgess 28 Vines Ave, Finchley N3 2QD, Tel: 0208346 6337. |
